Next week I am going to be visiting Toulouse, France for 10 days. As for my cycling, because of my schooling, I am not able to get out on the road as much as I would like. Although this isn’t good news, I appear to by holding on to my fitness as, when I tag along with a group I rode regularly with on Saturdays and Sundays, I am still able to keep up well with them.

I wish I could ride more, but my schedule doesn’t allow it, at the moment. No wonder the Chinese won so many medals at the Beijing Games, their athletes have no other responsibility than to excel at their sport.
